Develop Focus, Strength and Confidence to take flight!

This workshop focuses on lifting off in challenging arm balances, inversions & transitions between postures.
We will build these poses from the ground up and find the necessary internal supports and playful strategies to move to the next level in these poses.
Inversions, arm balances and creative transitioning challenge and inspire our practice and give us freedom and lightness in body and self.
This playful and challenging workshop will equip you with key awareness to apply to your practice every time you are on the mat.

Inverted Postures:
Purposely turning ourselves upside down is contrary to our human physical locomotion-nature and yet the benefits of upending ourselves are many. Just as yoga gently encourages us to move away from any unconscious habitual patterns, the invitation to invert is simply another way by which to shake things up, step out of rut.
