Maya first started her yoga practice when she got pregnant, knowing deeply that this is the best way to keep her self and her baby healthy, peaceful and strong.
Maya’s consistency and dedication to her yoga practice, not only helped her improve physically in a short period of time, but also spiritually.
With all the miraculous changes in her life and her personality, Maya then discovered her life purpose, “to be a yoga teacher”.
In 2016 she joined the Lotus Academy of Yoga and Yoga Academy of India following the Sivananda lineage and completed her 200HR teacher-training course.
And because she has been requested to teach before getting her certificate, she directly opened her own yoga place and started teaching Yoga and meditation. Being compassionate and energetic, anyone can attend her class because, here the thing, energy doesn’t lie!!!
