Yin is a practice that is the perfect balance to the Yang of our fast paced lives! It is a meditative, slow paced style of yoga with longer held postures desgned to release tension deep in the muscles and connective tissue. This workshop will be a well-rounded approach to opening the main aspects of the body, as well as turning inwards to cultivate our relationship with ourselves, our internal responses and the fluctuations of the mind.
