Alaa Ghanem

Alaa perceives Yoga as a melody of the soul.
With a background of music, Alaa blends his yoga classes with an energetic rhythmic voice and flowing sequences
Alaa has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002, and believes that yoga is a personal endeavor and self-reflection.
He completed his Hatha Yoga teacher training in August 2015 and has been teaching since then.

Alaa teaches Hatha Yoga which is a system of physical exercises essential to maintain muscle quality and flexibility as to keep the body young; and breathing control designed to activate, energize the body and gain control of the mind.
His class is open for everyone.
